Kindred Spirit

I had no lessons and sometimes I still don't know what I'm doing :-) This piece sounds like you are a genius in the making. It's a gift that few have, you will develop your own techniques Ashley that no one else can replicate, trust me on this. More rubato in this piece and it's a winner. Loved it.

AshleyAlyse responds:

It sure seems like you know what you are doing though! Your music is amazing! Thank you so much! I am so very glad you loved it. :) I really appreciate your reviews and comments. They are insightful and inspiring. :)

Great...

Piano and strings sound good, slightly out of sequence in places but that just makes it sound unique to me. Great re-creation.

AshleyAlyse responds:

Thank you, I'm glad you like it. :) I really need to remaster this and change things, but I appreciate your review!

Apart...

from a little repetative it still gives you an insight into how creative you are. Learning all the time :-) Nice piece.

AshleyAlyse responds:

Oh, man. I'm sorry! I never noticed your review! Thank you! :) I think I want to fix this piece and remake it. :)

Wonderful

To say this was your first piece, it is quite outstanding. Keep on improving and you will be a great composer.

AshleyAlyse responds:

Thank you so much. I'm still working and I'm constantly improving. I certainly hope to become an amazing composer in the future. :)

Excellent

Loved the composition. 9/10 5/5

JeffHeim responds:

thanks man!

I felt

sadness for your loss of a friend. A man after my own heart with a simple melody yet compelling to listen to. You're a star for uploading, thankyou. 10/10 5/5

Skullbeatz responds:

means a lot coming from you!! thanks man!

Look to the East

Yes, A definite eastern flav here. Superb composition and Good Luck in the Competition. I'm still getting around to my new harware and software, hope I make it in time. All the Best!!

Step responds:

Thanks! Good luck with your submission.

Very Very Good

Aptly Named indeed. This composition is different to the other entries and feels very moody and almost evil. I get the feeling of Vampires and eerie beings of the night in an orgy of depravation. Well done and Good Luck in the competition.

megakill responds:

Hey, I'm glad you enjoyed this and thanks for the review!
I was starting to worry I was way out of my depth, given that my score is lower than most of the others and no one had reviewed it, so this is a bit of a relief.

But yeah, I'm glad you picked up on the mood of the piece, and thanks for the support!

Cool

Made me do Air Drums! The score is only 2.27 so I'm definitely gonna 5 it. I can tell your gonna make a great Industrial track soon.

INFINITYMUSICPROJECT responds:

Haha, I'm glad I could make you do that :D
Thank you so much man <3

StarTrek!

or Deep Space 9. Great orchestral track and best of luck in the competition. If I could say one thing that would help you more, Please make the composition longer as I was devoured by the music then left a little empty at the end. Looking forward to more of your Epic sounding work. 10/10 5/5

XayberOptix responds:

I am sorry to leave you so unsatisfied there. hehe :P Consider this piece a "teaser" or "intro" into what's to come. With that said, it is purely up to the entire audience to command an encore which would then lead into a much larger grand finale that you so expected. ;)
